On one side, GUSTO Restaurant OS ("Provider"), and on the other side the restaurant establishment identified in the form below ("Client"), jointly referred to as "Parties".
This contract governs the provision, by the Provider to the Client, of the GUSTO SaaS platform — including digital menu, AI voice assistant, kitchen KDS, loyalty roulette, lead capture and admin panel.
The Client shall pay the monthly amount of 60,00€ + VAT at the legal rate in force (23% · total 73,80€), paid via Stripe at the start of each monthly cycle.
The contract is entered into for an indefinite term, renewing automatically every month, except in the event of a cancellation notice.
The Client may cancel the contract at any time by giving minimum prior notice of 30 (thirty) days by email to contratos@gusto.app. During the notice period the service remains active and the last month is billed pro-rata to the effective termination date.
Guarantee platform availability 24/7, support in Portuguese and English during business hours, and regular feature updates.
Provide truthful information upon subscription, keep the payment method active and use the platform in compliance with applicable law.
The Provider processes the personal data of the Client and its end customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for the execution of this contract.
This contract is governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the Parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
By signing digitally below and completing payment, the Client declares having read, understood and fully accepted all clauses of this contract.
Included in the subscription at no additional cost, the GUSTO Image Library: a bank of professional photographs of dishes, drinks, desserts and restaurant environments, under Unsplash License (commercial and editorial use allowed, no royalties).
These images may be used by the Client as automatic fallback whenever a menu item — including drinks, snacks or one-off dishes — does not yet have its own photograph. The images grant no exclusivity rights to the Client nor may they be resold in isolation. The Provider reserves the right to update, expand or replace the catalogue at any time, while always keeping a suitable visual alternative available.
